Do not hire Brian Bennett i had a case with him and he threw the case he was very incompetant and his attitude was very poor. my case was a motorcycle accident we were sueing for about $95,000 he filed it in district court instead of circuit court, the judge had to order him to locate the witnesses since i was locked up (violated probation), asked me to tell what happened but did not ask any follow up questions, he had an objection but said it so low the court didnt hear him, he allowed the defence to intimidate our only witness by allowing them to repeatedly ask him for his home address when he was summonds to court so he didnt want to speak out of fear of retaliation, i had to tell him to ask the guy a couple questions and one he wouldnt ask him and it was important to the case. I do not recommend Brian Bennett to anyone.
