I was hit by someone in a car accident and my car was taken right to Terry Youngs, my son was there before and he said he did a good job. Terry was a good talker and was very reassurring that the job would not only be fixed, but fixed exactly the way it was before the accident. He gave me faith. After was all said and done, my Service Tire Pressure Monitor light now comes on frequently and shuts off, i asked him to change the monitor on the tire... he said he did...mmm.. the light still comes on to this day. Now if he was so apt to making sure my car was fixed exactly the way it was before the accident, he would have made a point of fixing that issue. Now instead i have to deal with this flashing light on a daily basis. All and all he did a great job on the cosmetology of my vehicle, it still is not in exact working order before the accident had occurred. Well i recently called him for an estimation on brakes and he told me it wouldnt be cheap (sounded like something he didnt want to get involved in) maybe it wasnt a good enough money maker for him. I dont know but he told me he would do some pricing and get back to me and it has been 10 days and i am still waiting for his reply. I am not going to hold my breathe. I get the picture, most mechanics do not want anything to do with you unless you have lots of money in your pocket and your ready to throw it right out the window. I am finding this alot when it comes to mechanics and car dealers, that is why i dread having anything to do with cars because they are always trying to make an extra buck off of you. You can try him out if you have something small you need done, but if its not a money maker for him then he probably wont wast his time on you anyhow. His guys do good work when Terry's heart is in it, but he also knows how to throw in the towel as well. Then again, that is just my opinion.
Pros: He gets the basic necessities repaired
Cons: Doesnt go the extra mile
