Of all the places that sell cars Terry Thompson is on the top. The staff is friendly and really cares about my needs. They worked with me and I feel I got the best deal. more

without question nobody in baldwin county does more for the community than terry thompson chevrolet....these guys give, give, and give even more. They also a great place to do business as I have had literally 30 plus of their customers personally tell me how terrific their experience at terry thompson has been...I know first hand this is true.....and if you are looking for a new chevy I highly recommend them more

Worst Dealership Ever 11/22/2010

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I called and talked to the internet sales manager, the truck was listed on the website for $41,000, the manager quoted me for $35,995. When I got there, they said that the truck was listed incorrectly and that is was priced at $47,990 and that they would sell it to me for $44,000. I talked to the new car sales manager, he said that people make mistakes and that when dealing with computers things like this happens. I drove from Pensacola to Mobile to test drive the vehicle. This is a warning for everyone who lives nears or thinks about dealing with this dealership, I wouldnt trust anyone from this dealership, completely untrustworthly. more

The staff seemed a little high pressured. The sale's person never got back with me like they said they would. The selection of cars was average, not having what I was particularly looking for. \r \r I more
