First they lost our reservation then grilled us to find out if we were lying. The manager finally gave us a table after a 15 minute wait. The waitress was borderline rude, did not tell us the specials (told every table around us), never checked on us, forgot our wine with the entrees and our coffees and barely thanked us when dropping the $200 bill (for 2 adults/2 children!). The sommelier never came to our table to ""present his award-winning wine list"". The food was good, not great, and definitely not worth being treated like second-class citizens. Take your wallet to the Bighorn Bistro (in Vail Racket Club) - romantic atmosphere, very friendly staff, great food and reasonable prices (that is, for Vail).
Cons: Snobbish, expensive, poor service, rude hostess and waitress
