The technician was not only on time, he was EARLY. That was a good thing. He took care of the issues promptly and looked into my concerns. He is friendly and personable. I thought the previous technician was the best, but the new guy is just as good. more

I am so happy with Terminix service. Since I have little kids at home I know we,are protected from bugs, rodents, insects, etc. Eric our technician is always very courteous and answers all my questions. He gives us a great service. Thanks Terminix! more

Raul, the technician did what he always does without my being there in the beginning. When I got home he was done and my gate was closed. All of the people who have worked for me have been great. I have no complaints. I can't think of anything that could be improved. more

Despite getting quarterly service we had issues with ants this year. Both times I called, the gentleman who came out was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and effective. I found it easy to schedule and appointment that fit with my schedule. more

The reason for saying perfect team is not only do they do their job but also explaining about the activity found but also giving tips about how to avoid some set of insects by taking care of simple things ourself. In addition sometimes u need to re-schedule the appointment and it's very simple .. Just a couple of clicks or a simple call .. No waiting .. more
