Harry is an excellent technician. He arrived at my home and I was unable to open the gate for him to enter the backyard. I told him what time my husband would be home and Harry made it his business to come back so he could complete his service! We are very impressed with Harry! more

My Terminex Technician - Greg Nowlin - is great. He always arrives during the appointment window. He neat, knowledgeable and friendly. Greg is an asset to Terminex !! I have never had a bad experience with my Technicians over many years - the Technicians are what make Terminex a great company. more

Customer Service Horrible 2/13/2010

I was put on the phone with someone who was supposedly the manager at Terminix, either Darin or Dean, he was curt and unpleasant, and immediately put me on hold. Then started talking with another person, THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HIM TO EVEN HAVE PLACED ME ON HOLD. During the conversation with this other person he stated he was talking to a ""Canadian"" and they both laughed, which I find offensive, then he just hung up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, no customer service, and they do not care about the customer. Cons: Horrible, Horrible Customer Service more
