I was put on the phone with someone who was supposedly the manager at Terminix, either Darin or Dean, he was curt and unpleasant, and immediately put me on hold. Then started talking with another person, THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HIM TO EVEN HAVE PLACED ME ON HOLD. During the conversation with this other person he stated he was talking to a ""Canadian"" and they both laughed, which I find offensive, then he just hung up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, no customer service, and they do not care about the customer.
