I called the Shelby, NC office 3 times and left a message. I kept getting the same recording, "If I did not answer your call it is because I am either away from my desk or taking care of another customer, I WILL return your phone call, please leave your name, number and a message." I left 3 messages. The final message was because I was upset naturally that I never received a return phone call in the first place. The last time because I was angry because I was sent a BILL two months in advance of when it is supposed to be due for my Termite Contract that I signed up for in 2017. When I tried to call this morning July 16, 2020 I got the same recording. Knowing it was useless I looked up Headquarters number and called them in Memphis, TN. I spoke to Beverly and she told me that she too had been trying to get in touch with the same office with the same results, no one returning her phone call. I told her the manager's name and she informed me that he was no longer with that office and had been transferred to Spartanburg, SC. So I asked her why his name is still listed on my bill I just received that was 2 months in advance? She said it shouldn't have and should have had the new Manager's name on it. That told me poor customer service and somebody at the office is NOT doing their job as he had been transferred quite some time ago. I used to do office work and this is shoddy! I used to do customer service and this is poor! I have spent well over $1,250.00 since 2017 and I expect better service. I told Beverly that I knew due to Covid-19 the Pest Control Business had NEVER been shut down as it is considered an "essential" business and she agreed the offices had never been shut down and they are still in business. So there is no excuse for any of this. Beverly told me she would turn the information over to her Regional Manager and I could expect a phone call. I am not impressed with Shelby, NC Terminix Office and I give them zero stars.
