I simply love my service rep Jesse Robichaux! My last service was simply an outside service so I wasn't home. I returned early enough to witness Jesse turn around to make sure inside my house was okay. This is service! He was finished with my outside service but saw my car and turned around to make sure my inside was okay. I have Terminix because of this service. more

I will give the service technician an A on timeliness in getting here as stated. Friendliness, awareness of what was needed and courtesy was superior, as the tech shared his knowledge about the problem in my home regarding the various types of ants. His appearance was appropriate as well as professional presentation, etc. I will and have referred Terminix to others. I will continue using Terminix. The problem is resolved. more
