I walked in the other day... new ownership, completely new menu, almost completely Chinese... ""Ok, I'll play along"" I thought. ""I'll have the Orange Chicken lunch item."" Mindy (or was it Mandy?) was lovely. ""Why didn't you change the name?"" I asked as gently as possible. I'll let her tell you, but it's exorbitantly expensive to change the sing out front, etc. Then I got my food! Whoa! Someone in the kitchen really actually cares AND knows what they're doing! She explained that her husband was a chef at a well-known Chinese restaurant in Park City prior to buying Teriyaki Time. This place is even worth a long drive... and it's half the price! The only thing I want out of this is to know where they move to when they finally build a place with all of the atmosphere appropriate for the quality. :)
Pros: Awesome prep, flavor and price!
Cons: They'll have the atmosphere some day.
