I had the worse experience with a business owner today, I am sharing so hopefully no one else goes through it. On Dec 28 2014 I called and requested a dumpster,I rented, to be picked up. I was told that it was on schedule for pick up the following day, Dec 29. On Dec 31 they charged my card for what I thought was the pick up fee. On January 1,2015 the property owner calls to inform me the dumpster is still on the property. At this time I'm frantic wondering how I was charged if it wasn't picked up because you pay by weight. On Friday January 2,2015 I called and was very rudely told that I was charged an estimated weight and it would be picked up the following Monday. It was not picked up until January 23,2015. Several calls were made during that time and all that ever came of the calls were rude unprofessional excuses. During several of those calls I requested a detailed invoice and never received one. Tried emailing them to get a copy of the invoice and was told it was attached to the email but of course it wasn't. So today I was ready to be done with it for good and I go out of my way to the office where I am verbally ATTACKED by the owner because of my google review!! It was so bad I had to ignore the owner while the lady printed my papers! And then had to PUSH my way out of the door he was standing in front of!!! I have never in my life had dealings with such unprofessional people in my life!! Tennessee Waste Haulers is one crooked place!! The way the man spoke to me was unreal! more

We have used them three times (waiting on the third this am) and have been pleased every time. They were up front about the charges, delivered on time and the drivers were capable. We have a very very tight driveway and they easily negotiated it. If we can take another room renovation I am sure they will be there to cart it away Pros: null Cons: null more

One of your trucks was leaking the smelly water from the container and because the driver chose to ignore the posted speeds he passed us and the spray from the truck covered our winshield.If your driver would have complied with the posted speeds however he would have stayed behind as we were going the posted speeds of 45 in a construction zone and he was going about 58.Which raises another question as to the risk of receiving a moving viloation? I cannot imagine a delivery or scheduled appointment time that important as to run the risk of a moving vioation on the drivers record? Cons: leaking putrid water from container more
