I had the worse experience with a business owner today, I am sharing so hopefully no one else goes through it. On Dec 28 2014 I called and requested a dumpster,I rented, to be picked up. I was told that it was on schedule for pick up the following day, Dec 29. On Dec 31 they charged my card for what I thought was the pick up fee. On January 1,2015 the property owner calls to inform me the dumpster is still on the property. At this time I'm frantic wondering how I was charged if it wasn't picked up because you pay by weight. On Friday January 2,2015 I called and was very rudely told that I was charged an estimated weight and it would be picked up the following Monday. It was not picked up until January 23,2015. Several calls were made during that time and all that ever came of the calls were rude unprofessional excuses. During several of those calls I requested a detailed invoice and never received one. Tried emailing them to get a copy of the invoice and was told it was attached to the email but of course it wasn't. So today I was ready to be done with it for good and I go out of my way to the office where I am verbally ATTACKED by the owner because of my google review!! It was so bad I had to ignore the owner while the lady printed my papers! And then had to PUSH my way out of the door he was standing in front of!!! I have never in my life had dealings with such unprofessional people in my life!! Tennessee Waste Haulers is one crooked place!! The way the man spoke to me was unreal!
