I'm glad I didn't see the previous review before I visited the office. Because they were great. The staff was very friendly, the doctor was also great, he took the time to sit and talk with me, I wasn't rushed and because my insurance did not cover the sterilization procedure I elected, they gave me a great discount and worked with me financially so that the cost was taken care of prior.
