We are a beautiful Log Lodge located on 3 acres just minutes to picturesque Lake Tenkiller,the Scenic Illinios River,the New Cherokee Casino,the city of Tahlequah,Oklahoma,atop Historic Park Hill Mountain, in the heart of the Cherokee Nation. We have 25 ground floor rooms that have Log four poster beds with quilts,full bathrooms,phone's,TV's,coffee maker's, and FREE WI-FI Internet access for the business and vacation traveler. Refrigerators and microwave's are available upon request.
We have 1 King and 2 Queen Non-Smoking and Smoking rooms available,including one, 1 King Non-Smoking Disabilities room.
We have electrical hookups for all fishermen along with Boat,Bus and RV parking too.
We offer a Log Event or Banquet Hall that comfortably holds 100-125 persons and is complimentary with 10 booked rooms at full room rate. A perfectly charming location for wedding receptions,parties,family reunions, highschool reunions,banquets,seminars,business meetings, bridal showers,baby showers,writer's group's and dozen's of other functions.
Our Log Event Hall has a full service kitchen with full sized stove,oven,microwave,refrigerator,and dishwasher,as well as a dance floor,fireplace, his and hers bathrooms,tables and chairs,and french doors that open onto a private deck. We also have an outdoor Pool with Pavilion and BBQ Grill,or feel welcome to bring your own grill too!
We require 30% down on all group reservations with a 30 day cancellation policy and a $225.00 refundable deposit on our Event Hall if alcohol is being served.
We are Pet Friendly with a $10.00 per/pet,per/room charge per/night,with a maximum of 2 pets per/room,per/night.
Our Pet Policy is as follows: If pets are discovered without Lodge knowledge,there will be a charge of $150.00 per/pet,per/room assessed to that room.
We offer a complimentary continental breakfast of coffee,juice,milk,rolls and/or muffins.
Our Cancellation Policies are as follows: We have a 48 hr. Cancellation Policy on all Non-Holiday Reservations. A 7 day Cancellation Policy on the Memorial Day Weekend and July 4th Holidays. A 14 day Cancellation Policy on the Labor Day Weekend /Cherokee National Holiday.
