I have had nothing but the best experience here at Tender Years! The management makes my daughter and family feel welcome each morning we arrive! The teachers are loving and caring and provide a nurturing environment. They do not address me by Sophies mom they address me personally. It seems to be that false accusations are being thrown around if you are not happy with them then be mature and move on! If you as the parent do not provide their supplies it seems to be that maybe YOU are the problem. I signed my parent handbook and know my responsibilities as a PARENT as should you. IT SAYS THIS PLACE IS A SAFE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT WHEN IT ISNT THEY HAVE HAD MANY CARS BROKEN INTO ON THEIR PROPERTY THEY ONLY HAVE 1 TEACHER EARLY IN THE MORNING MOST OF THE TIME THE MANAGER HEATHER HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING AND IS ALWAYS ON HER FACEBOOK YES THEY DO TAKE STATE ASSISTANCE BUT IF YOU ARE RECEIVING BENEFITS DONT EXPECT YOUR KIDS TO BE TREATED FAIRLY THEY HAVE RIDICULOUS CHARGES FOR NOT BRINGING A BLANKET FOR YOUR KID AT NAPTIME. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS ORGANIZATION THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THE OWNER AND MANAGER SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSES FOR VARIOUS REASONS. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE CAMERAS OUTSIDE SO IF ONE OF THE CHILDREN WERE TO GET OUT OF THE ""CHAIN LINK"" FENCE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO KNOW IF SOMEONE TOOK THEM TO GET A LICENSE PLATE OR IF THEY WALKED DOWN THE BUSY ROAD. OVERALL YOU SHOULD MOST DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS THEY JUST WANT YOURS OR THE STATES MONEY. THEY WILL WRITE FALSE REPORTS IN ORDER TO LOOK LIKE THEY ARE WORKING OR DOING THEIR JOBS more
