Temple Ramat Zion

We chose this school because we were looking for a climate of tolerance and diversity. We are a LGBT family, and we wanted our daughter to feel welcomed and special in her school. After spending time in several area schools, we found that the director (AWESOME!) and teachers were all very positive and embracing of our family and our daughter. This Conservative congregation is extremely family friendly, and not in the least bit stuffy. If you're looking for a preschool for your little one, this is the place to go. The school offers so much, you should take a tour. All events at the temple are fun, and put together by loving volunteers who enjoy being together. All of the food brought to, and served at the temple are all Kosher, and held to the highest standards. The Religious school is top noch, and the teachers are fantastic. Take a tour of this as well. The gift shop has wonderful Judaica items at reasonable prices. Overall, Temple Ramat Zion is a wonderful place to make lifelong friends for yourself, and your family. Pros: Only Conservative congregation in the North Valley. Family friendly. Accessible. Cons: None. more
