Another Great Experience 3/28/2014

They always tell me what they did to my car when they bring it in for service or repair and explain everything in terms I understand. They don't talk down at you or use mechanicspeak, what they do tell you ,they have the technical knowledge to back it up... and they are reasonably priced...I highly recommend them more

Appreciate the individual attention to our situations and effort to make cost affordable (although still $1000 over what I expected). The work is thorough - they got a bad part and lost 4 1/2 hours replacing it to make sure the job was done correctly. This develops trust. more

The front end of my car and steering wheel were shaking violently when on the highway. they balanced my tires znd sent me on my way. Once on the highway, the shaking stared right up. I took my car to Dobb's only to find out I needed two front tires. In essence, they balanced two tires that were no good! more

Solved the Problem 12/13/2013

My tire was flat. They thought they fixed it but it went flat again. They replaced the tire and waited to make sure that it held the air. I appreciated their perseverance and making sure the problem was solved. more
