Russ was very kind and understanding. He was empathetic and guided us through everything. The service was beautiful and the video was exceptionally well done.

The difficult time of the passing of my mother was made more bearable by Rick and his staff at Telford's. My mother looked so peaceful and my father was comforted and felt very special with all the gentle and caring attention that was given to him that day. We all appreciated the excellent services that were provided for our family. more

Rick is one of the best men I've ever know. He does such a great job dealing with people at a very sensitive time in their lives. I appreciate how he took care of my mom's issues when she passed away last March. May God bless you and your ministry. more

Above and Beyond 4/12/2012

The people at Telford's Chapel did everything in their power to make sure we can a worry free, and easy experience when my sister passed. They gave me a copy of the memory DVD they created for her, which I am forever grateful for. It was a beautiful service, and my sister never looked so beautiful. Telford's Chapel 2/6/2012

I was recommended to Telford's Chapel last year. I unfortunatly had a passing in my family a few months ago and had to call Telfod's. The service was beautiful and the whole planning process was very simple. We want to thank you for all the kindness you showed our family during this difficult time. The service was everything we could have asked for and more. Thanks for giving my family the time and effort in making this a special day for my father, it's something he would have loved. more

Words cannot express how much we appreciate all the care and concern that the people at Telford's Chapel of the valley put in to preparing my mother's service. Everything was lovely, if my mother was watching she would have approved and love it all. I heard many comments about the video they made for us too ( a service of Telford's).
