Television Service Labs

I had a man come to the house from T.V. Service Labs to repair my t.v. He walked into my T.V. room, never examined the t.v. and said that he had one like that and he junked it. It would cost at least $500 to fix even if you could get the parts. He suggested that we get rid of it and get one from a place like Sam's Club. This is an expensive T.V. and is 8 years old. He said he would charge us a lesser fee for coming out so he charged us $75. What a scam! We called Alex Audio and he came out and fixed our T.V. He adjusted the color and other features before he left and it cost us half of what T.V. service labs had quoted and he had no problem finding the parts, he had them with him. I would never have T.V. service labs for repair. more

I bought a TV at Best Buy, and it started having issues under warrantee. The picture would blank out for several seconds, then come back. Best Buy said to call the factory, and the factory said to call these folks. Nancy and John from Telvision Services Labs did an excellent job fixing my TV! They trouble shot, ordered parts, and got me going again. John was very experienced at fixing TV's, as he had the part replaced very fast and effeceintly. He then took the time to make sure it was working correclty before leaving: spending extra time to explain how to fine tune the picture. The TV is working better than when it was new! The picture is fantastic. These are friendly and knowledgable folks, that do super work. I will be calling them for future needs! more
