I am an IT Director for a large law office downtown. In this role I manage both the computers and telephones for 4 offices in Texas. We recently upgraded to the NEC Aspire with Telco Data, and I am very impressed with the results. Stacy Tallent met with me and my staff to discuss features / pricing. From there we decided on the VoIP NEC Aspire. This system allows us to have all 4 offices in Texas seem as one office. We can transfer calls and voice mails with the touch of a button. This has created effeciencies in our day to day operations. I would like to thank Stacy, Charles, Mike and the entire staff at Telco Data for delivering what was promised. We received several bids ranging from one end of the scale to the other on price and features. Stacy came in to our office, sat down with our staff and helped us understand exactly what they were offering. When I was shopping for a New / Used Business Telephone System here in Austin, I didn't know where to start. Luckily I was referred to Stacy Tallent at Telco Data. When I first met with Stacy, he was very helpful in explaining our options. Then when we selected a new NEC phone system his installation and service team led by Charles York was amazing! They came in late in the day on Friday so we wouldn't loose any of our normal business callers. By early Monday morning we had our new VoIP system up and running. They even came back on several occasions at no charge to perform additional training and custom printed labels for our new phones. If anyone out there is looking for a new or used phones here in Austin, I highly reccomend Stacy Tallent and his service oriented team at Telco Data!
