Excellent Teen Driving School 5/26/2010

My daughter loved driving the souped up Mustang first of all and her teacher was an ex-police officer female who related very well to my daughter and really taught her defensive driving techniques. I like that they do not focus on just getting your kid to pass the DMV test but to really learn how to drive and avoid accidents. I highly recommend this school. It's a bit more expensive than the 'down the street driving school' but the lessons learned by my daughter are priceless and gave me some piece of mind when handing her the car keys. Pros: Great, professional teachers that are english speaking!! Cons: NONE more

Awesome driving school 5/25/2010

All my sons friends used Teen Road to Safety and when it was time for my son we used them for the on-line drivers ed and the behind the wheel training. Once he completed the courses, I signed him and myself up for the advanced training. That was amazing as even I learned about my vehicle and how to control it. This should be mandatory for everyone. Teen Road to Safety instructors are very knowledgable in the field of rules of the road and vehicle control. I highly recommend them to anyone. My son has been driving on his own and I feel really comfortable that he is not only a safe driver but a very knowledgable driver thanks to Teen Road to Safety. Great Experience! 5/25/2010

We were referred by some friends of the wonderful service and experience they had with Teen Road to Safety and that all instructors are police officers. We had our daughter sign up for the entire program they offer. The classroom at Rancho Santa Margarita Ford was convienent. She completed the behind the wheel training and also the advanced driving event at Saddleback College. My daughter learned more then I can even imagine and is a very good driver because of the training Teen Road to Safety provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who is ready to drive. Extremely difficult to get 2nd and 3rd driving lesson apointments :( 2/10/2007

Things were wonderful for our first lesson. We received wonderful prompt service. However, for the 2nd lesson we had to call 2-4 times before they would return our call. This time, we are experiencing the same issue to receive our last lesson. We are completely frustrated and feel we should NOT have been made to pay the entire fee up front. Beware. They are wonderful in order to receive your initial payment and then ignore you. Pros: each leson follows a lesson plan; instructors are knowledgeable and friendly Cons: very difficult to schedule 2nd and 3rd lessons; they ignore phone messages more

Great service! 1/31/2006

We were very pleased to know that all instructors are former law enforcement officers. Although they were more expensive than other schools, it was definitely worth it to have a well-qualified, trained instructor who spoke English. more

Poor Service - did not keep to commitments 11/29/2005

It took six months to complete a one day advanced driving course paid for in advance. We where given excuses ranging from facilities that could not be provided, to laptop computers that had been stolen. The final straw was that a certificate of completion was not provided upon completion, which they have now agreed to send, but only after being prompted.
