Good: The challange of the course is a good mixture of hard to find pin placements and water hazards that come out of nowhere.. Bad: At the time that I went, the clubhouse wasn't open. It was under renovations.. Improvements: The sand traps needed sand in them, but they were waiting in the FEMA group to help with that.. Other: This course is a good, quick, and priced comfortable for the no so everyday golfer. With a wonderful staff, the experience is just that much better.. more

Very Tough Public Course 8/17/2005

Too play Ted Rhodes you'll probably want to schedule a tee-time because it's not quite as easy to walk on to as other Metro Nashville Public courses. The cost is roughly the same (around $10 for 9 holes, around $20 for 18). This however differs from many MNP courses because it's pretty hard. There is some very nasty rough, a little water hear and there that must be avoided and some difficult holes that will give even the best golfers a challenge. Overall the course is maintained very well for a public course and players of any level should find it enjoyable and fun, and for the cost you really can't be it. more
