Tech Gurus brings it down to my level! 8/19/2011

I am 75 years old and am I photographer. I understand parts of the photography business but don't understand some parts of the internet. Michael at Tech Gurus brings it down to my level. He repeats what he says too. He's a gentleman and I'm proud to have him in my house. I found out about Tech Gurus because I drive by his place often. I've been with Tech Gurus for about two years. They're specialists, and if one of the persons isn't specifically trained on my computer, they'll put a person who was trained for that specific piece of equipment. In other words, they put the right man on the job. They don't look down on you. There are some intelligent people who talk down on you but Tech Guru doesn't do that. That's big. Tech Gurus is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Don Wolf more

All of the staff work to explain issues with a customer such as myself. I have a limited tech knowledge and the staff at Tech Gurus make even me and my husband understand. Thanks so much for reliable service at a fair price. p more

Quality service at an affordable price. 10/28/2009

We started using Tech Guru about 4 years ago because our businesses used to be close to each other. As we expanded, we continued to use them because of the quality of their service. I have had a great experience working with them. They have been timely about coming to pick up the computer when there is a problem and getting the job done. They are always upfront in telling me what is wrong and explaining what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. I would definitely recommend Tech Guru. Prompt, accurate service. 10/23/2009

A few years back, we were looking for IT support people and decided to use Tech Guru because they were local. Their service has been great. They provide tech support for our service business, which has one main system with a lot of different facets. They are responsive, timely and always seem to rectify any issues that we have. I would recommend Tech Guru for prompt, accurate service. more
