The Tech Force staff is really friendly and efficient. We have been able to have all of our issues resolved quickly, simply, and cheaply. It's great for our small, busy non-profit to use Dante and his team as it saves us the time and expense of having a staff member struggle through things we don't necessarily know anything about! We have had our home computers and printers maintained and updated by Tech Force for several years now and could not be happier with the level of support provided. We have also appreciated Donte's input when we have needed to replace or upgrade equipment. The response time to questions or problems that come up has been very timely. Tech Force staff are very professional, knowledgeable and effective. Any time I need help they respond quickly and resolve the problem. They are a great partner to have. I always know that should anything arise whether it be an "emergency" or regular maintenance they will be able to resolve the issue in the timeframe needed. Fixed Laptop Twice 3/28/2014

We brought our laptop to Techforce twice for unrelated problems, both times our machine was fixed in a expediant manner, with very good communication between us as to progress reports and projected completion dates. Their prices are reasonable and upfront, you will never be surprised by an additional charge or service, unless YOU the consumer okays the work. Steve and Donte are very knowledgeable and run a reputable business! more

Highly recommendable, personable and easy to get along with. 3/25/2014

My experience with Tech Force's service has always left me highly satisfied and extremely happy with the results. Donte has been a long time service tech of mine, we are now personal friends, and I have used his services before he started his own business. He gives me heads up on things to improve my user experience while on the computer and other things such as my phone of choice and so forth. He has worked on everybody's computer in my family from me to my daughters to my grandson's. He is a very trustworthy person and the service itself has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Tech Force to anybody in the nearby area in need of computer assistance and look forward to continue our relationship in the future. more

Very trustworthy; almost always satisfied 3/24/2014

Tech Force provides tech support for a number of computers, maybe around 20-30, at my office. I've been using them about 4 years total, and they do various things from repair work, software installation, maintenance, and more.
