My 6 year old son entered Team USA last September and I have seen some very positive changes in him. He is more confident in himself & is willing to participate in schools sports now. \r \r His teacher Mr. Alvin Bernard is an excellent teacher. \r \r My son looks forward to each & every class he has with Master Bernard. \r \r I highly recommend Team USA to any parent looking for an activity in the Fort Lee NJ area. more

Excellent Experience 3/14/2006

I was one of the original students at Team USA, and I must say that it was a life changing experience, working with Alvin. He tought me so much and if I still lived in NJ, I would be attending classes daily. I miss Team USA. more

Excellent instruction by an International Champ! 11/15/2005

Learn Taekwon-do & kickboxing the correct way. In a friendly atmosphere. Alos offers fitness classes for juniors (12 to 17 years old). Highly recommend!!!!! Pros: instructor, inexpensive, schedule more
