If I could, I would not give it even a star. This super fitness center not only has nasty places but has nasty people working in there. I was told if I would try to travel 100% for my company, I would be able to cancel it pretty easy by a muscle man in Malden. But in fact, when I had to cancel it because I had to travel 100% in May, they started to make fun of me. After making many calls, they told me I had to fax a doc to prove that to an office in Quincy (why the hell they don't have an office to call to have everything done???). I did it. I trusted them but after a few weeks they charged me again. I called them back and they said they didn't get any fax from me - that was what I expected. Then I faxed again, and called them and this time they said they got it. But when I asked them not to charge me any more, to my surprise, she said, I can't assure you that - you have to call some credit office, blah, blah. I don't know how many damn offices I should call to cancel this crappy membership?!\r \r Stay away from these crappy people. These dirty people only know money. They are robbers! This place is not a gym - it is a nasty dumpy warehouse that has a few fitness machines in it. They charge no money for membership and then have way too many dumpy members and dumpy facilities. The staff is rude and pretty dumpy as well. If you have an issue, they just ignore you. No calls back etc. How rude! A money maker, that's all, not a place for health & wellness.
