Car Theft 9/1/2010

I am amazed that anyone would leave anything valuable in thier car while having any work done. I would say the problem is with the customer, NOT the dealership! I'm sure there were signs posted warning against leaving anything of value in your car. more

Team Nissan Employs THIEVES 7/22/2010

I took my Frontier for maintenance and while in their possession they stole $200.00 worth of my property from my arm rest and will not do anything about it. They will continue to allow this to happen as they did not take any action against the employee who did this. I have filed a Police report, spoke to Nissan Corporate, who will also do nothing about it and will allow Team Nissan of Oxnard to continue to allow thieves to work there and will be filing a BBB complaint and Consumer Affairs complaint. The Corporate representative told me theft has occurred there before!!!! But they will not do any thing about it!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY HAVE THIEVES WHO WILL CONTINUE TO STEAL AS THEY HAVE NO REPRECUTIONS!!! Pros: Nissan parts Cons: thieves, liars, misrepresentation, lack of accountability more

Look around before buying or repairing here 8/10/2006

Team Nissan is not the best place to get an oil change or even buy a Nissan. You may want to get your maintenece done elsewhere and try another Nissan store to buy your car. I went here with a friend to buy a car and we ended up elsewhere because of the iffy customer service they provided. more

Good service 8/23/2005

Atypical of dealerships, they can sometimes provide high quality service. They are not the cheapest outfit in town for car repairs but at least you know you will be getting the right parts for your Nissan. more
