Great place to take any woman in your life!! 1/29/2006

I took my mom to afternoon tea ($25) and she loved it. It is in a beautiful house in old town ellicott city. The food is great, and everything was presented nicely. They offer a variety of teas, both hot & cold. Try the great hall tea from the plaza in NYC Pros: Great atmosphere, Wonderful food Cons: Little/no parking more
