We've been with TDS for years and never really had any technical issues until we added their new TV service. DVR had to be replaced and the one they replaced it with quit working after only a few weeks. They are not approved for HBO GO, and this is something they should absolutely let people know up front when they enroll to pay for premium channels, but they don't.\r

If you currently have TDS and need to transfer service to a new location, be prepared. The very earliest they could schedule our transfer is 2 weeks out!! The people I spoke with could not have possibly cared less that I work from my home and am required to have internet. They made absolutely no attempt to squeeze our transfer in sooner.\r
