About Taylormade Jewelers
Chris Taylor, in the jewelry business since 1974, established Taylormade Jewelers in April 1984 in Glen Rock. His goal was to bring quality jewelry at affordable prices with unbeatable service to this Bergen County town.
Chris holds a Master Graduate Gemologist Appraiser degree, a rare combination of gemological training from the prestigious Gemological Institute of America and special courses offered by the Independent Jewelers Organization.
Taylormade Jewelers has been a proud member of the Independent Jewelers Organization since 1987, a buying group of over 850 Master Jewelers throughout the United States and Canada. By attending their two major conferences each year, Chris has the opportunity to research new products from around the world, and take advantage of the groups? special buying power and discounts.
Chris also has the opportunity, through IJO, to visit Antwerp, Belgium, the diamond capital of the world, twice a year, to buy diamonds directly from the diamond dealers in this European diamond center.
