Natasha is amazing! She was very fast and precise! Everything took only an hour and she fixed my hair as much as she could from my last terrible hair experience from another salon. This is going to be my new stylist, even if it is a far drive from Buckhead. more

I went in January to have a haircut that I purchased as a coupon deal, so I had no idea how my cut would be and I was nervous about going to someone new. I have curly, graying hair (letting it go natural), so I needed someone who knows how to advise a cut that will look different everytime the weather changes! Mary cut my hair. We decided to let it go VERY short. While my haircut took some getting used to, I have gone 6 months without cutting it--I'm going back today, actually, but I wanted to say that they job was so good that I've had different ""looks"" in the 6 months because with the curls, the style changes with the growth. If it is not cut well, it's really obvious. The salon as a whole is really friendly too--and very accomodating with last minute requests. That's why I'm going back, even after 6 months of not being there and with a higher price than my initial coupon deal. more

I have to say this is the worst salon experience I've had in a really long time. The salon was nice the people were nice but that's where it stops. more

Overall the experience was bad and I wouldnt recommend it at all. It was very dirty and the stylist did not listen to what I wanted. The price is not worth the quality they give. Im not a picky person but alot of these reviews are very misleading!! more

It has taken several trips to different salons to finally find a place that is relaxing and has wonderful employees. Zach has done an excellent job of finding the correct color for my skin type and his cut is great. Zach pays individual attention and listens to what you want to achieve. The staff is wonderful by always trying to accommdate me on such emergency notices. Call for an appointment and you will not be disappointed. more

Since moving to GA, it took forever for me to find a salon I liked. Now, I go to Sarah at Taylor Brooks. It's nearby and they even take appointments after work hours on some weeknights, which is a huge plus for me! Sarah knows exactly what I want and how to create a style and color that will work for me. more

Let me first preface this review by stating that I have been going to Three-13 salon in Marietta and recently moved to Cumming. That's why I stumbled upon Taylor Brooks Salon. I saw the many reviews and also the coupon/offers for new clients on their website, which drew me in. I had become very comfortable with my stylist(s) at Three-13, but it was a long way to drive. I had just recently cut my hair pretty short, but was wanting to go even shorter - like pixie super short. I scheduled an appointment with Amber (seeing her many great reviews). When I went in for my appointment, the place was nice, nothing fabulous but nothing disappointing either. The staff were nice as well. My main complaint is that Amber didn't really do exactly what I wanted as far as the cut, and also didn't style it how I wanted. I'm use to stylists not styling my hair just as I like - no biggy. She was afraid to go too short though. She left a lot more length than what I wanted and what I showed her in the photos. I even told her I would rather her err on the side of too short to allow longer time between trims/cuts. It was obvious I was not afraid of going too short. I went home and ended up styling it myself and cutting a bit here and there and being pleased. I didn't dislike what she did, but I'm already waiting to go back to my favorite stylist at Three-13 so she can do it EXACTLY how I wanted it in the first place. Amber's price is actually about the same (maybe a little more) than what I would pay at Three-13, just a difference in the drive. I'd gladly make a weekend appointment and not worry about the drive so that I can be in the hands of someone I know I trust. Again, she's good...but there's better and nicer salons for the same price - just maybe not in the Alpharetta/Cumming area. more

AMBER! I have not had a better cut and hilights done by such a highly qualified yet truly kind stylist in my life (the snobbish attitudes of others just kill me!!) Amber is extremely personable, genuinely caring, and really listens to what I want done to my hair in terms of highlights, color an cut... I leave TBS feeling like a million bucks and receive more ""great haircut!"" compliments than I EVER have in the past, even after paying tons more for the same services at other Salons. more

I have been seeing Amber for 3 years and I could not ask for a better stylist! She is excellent at color, cutting, and blow drying. I love to go and get blow-outs, which sometimes I do once a week! It's one of the ultimate ways to just let yourself get spoiled and this salon and it's incredible staff are great at it. Ashley and Victoria are so nice and make you feel special as soon as you walk in the door. They are also great at dealing with my 'scheduling issues' that arise sometimes. Don't hesitate to visit this salon, you will not regret it! more

I have to say that I have never gotten so many complements on my hair! Katie is patient and LISTENS to you which is sooo important! I have bounced around from salon to salon and I am thrilled to have found such a talented hairstylist. The ONLY down side is that you cannot tip on your credit card, so bring cash! more

I have been a customer at TB for 9 years and they are awesome. Over the years I have used several different stylists -- now I see Amber. She does a great job with my cut and color, and she also cuts both of my daughters' hair. Everyone there is so nice and professional. more

Taylor Brooks is by far the best salon I have ever been a client of. I have very curly hair, and in the past, while many stylists at other salons have told me they can work wonders with my hair, none of them has ever done so (in fact, just about all of them made it worse!). A few years ago, however, someone recommended that I see Brooke at Taylor Brooks, and ever since, I have never been happier with my hair and am constantly asked -- even by strangers -- where I have it cut. Not only is Brooke is a fantastic stylist, but the entire staff is personable, professional, and experienced, and the salon itself is always clean with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Everyone I have ever referred to the salon has nothing but wonderful things to say about the stylists and overall salon experience. Highly recommended! more
