I bought a car from Taylor. Literally two days after buying a car for 4500 dollars the motor was gone. They wouldn't even so much as give me 100 dollars to go towards fixing it. Then I find the maintenance paperwork from the old owner. She had the oil changed on April 25. They changed it again on April 30 before I was allowed to test drive it. Now I know why. The garage I took the car to to get it fixed told me that they believed that Taylor had added an engine additive to the oil to mask the sound. more

We had to take our truck to Taylor for some recall work. They were very pleasant to talk to. They did their best to have the work done in the time frame that they promised. The people there have always been helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had. more
