We used this agency for about 2 yrs, the collector handled our business with great pride and was outstanding, unfortunately in early 2008 he had to take a leave of absence and then everything went downhill from there. they've collected money on our behalf, issued us a check 4 months later when we called to request it then stopped payment before the check could be cashed. Messages to Mr.Tom Taylor continue to be unreturned and he screens his calls to avoid us. We understand that when an employee takes an unexpected leave things may fall through the cracks but no communication or return calls for the past 3 months is an unacceptable way to treat your customer who you've made thousands of dollars from. Cons: no communication, do not reimburse you quickly. more
