Work was performed that went beyond a simple request to check AC malfunction without providing estimate of work. Diagnosis of issue was found to be suspect by others.

I have bought 4 cars at Taylor Hyundai since 2005, and I've been pleased with my treatment every step of the way. The sales people treat you right, and the serivce department is great. I've never had a problem with Taylor Hyundai in the past, and when it comes time to trade in our 2006 Sonata, we will go to Taylor first. more

I had an issue and spoke privately with Mr. Landis and he was extremely kind and we worked everything out. He went above and beyond at great lengths to help me. To be honest, I am shocked at what a wonderful man he is. Not many around like him, that is for sure! It sure is rare to deal with a person like Mr. Landis who truly puts the customer first. more

I am so pleased w/ my 2012 Hyundai Sonata..It has been the best car yet, Constantly have clients complimenting on her and wanting to look @ it!! John Landis always makes sure everything has been done correctly & goes over it head to toe w/ me, and makes sure that i am satisfied. The service dept at Taylor Hyundai treat me like I'm their friend, better than family! The sales dept sells the first car but the service dept will be the reason I buy my second from Taylor Hyundai. When I'm walking around the service dept checks on me and the sales dept made a kind effort to offer to show me some new options on their new lines w/o me feeling pushed or pressured.
