This is the fourth Dodge vehicle we have purchased from Ray Marko from Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As always, Ray looked out for us. I was in the market for a Dodge Charger and before I was even at the dealership, he has pulled one from the lot and made sure it had all of the bells and whistles I was looking for in a car. When I arrived he was running around catching up on everything because he had just come back from vacation but, he made sure I was taken care of. He knew I was not able to make the decision until my husband was off work so after test driving the vehicle he let me take drive it around to make sure this was the right car for me. When my husband and I were able to return to the dealership that evening he had everything ready so we wouldn't have to spend our whole evening there. My husband and I agree that as long as Ray Marko is selling cars we will be buying them from him.\r As far as the dealership goes, like I said we have purchased four cars from this dealership and we have always been treated with respect and kindness. The dealership is always clean and has plenty of popcorn or donuts to keep you satisfied. \r The service department is always honest, friendly and clean. If you ever want to buy a new, used, or lease a vehicle this is the best place to go hands down. I have bought all my vehicles from this dealership for the last 20+ years. You couldn't ask for a better place to see hard working people. They do the best and work very hard to get you any type of deal they can. Ray Marko and Jimmy Crosswell are two of the very most dedicated people I know. They are very personable. On the advice of my sister after hearing I needed a vehicle she recommended I call Taylor and talk with Kevin. I called and told him my credit wasn't great and what kind - size of vehicle I was interested in and i didn't know where to start, he went to Scott and they got me approved for the perfect vehicle for my family. We were looking to trade in our old van for a used car, so we called and talked to John Crawford at Taylor Chrysler Dodge in Bourbonnais. He asked us what we were looking for in a used vehicle so he could look at the inventory that was not yet posted on the web site. He was very pleasant to talk to one the phone. When we arrived at the dealership, he was waiting at the door to greet us. We have never met before today, but it was like he knew who we were. How cool is that!
