since moving to sanford over three years ago, my husband and i have taken our vehicles to taylor auto. Pros: you wont get better work anywhere Cons: pricey...but you get what you pay for. more

since moving to sanford over three years ago, my husband and i have taken our vehicles to taylor auto. we enjoy the friendly atmosphere and love the workmanship. they are very professional and go out of their way to make life easier for you while you wait for your vehicle. they have shuttle service, which i LOVE, as i only have the one vehicle but do have 2 small kids! and i like that they troubleshoot for me to let me know what's coming down the pike for my already 13 year old van. we trust all of our major repairs with taylor. we pay more, but that's because we expect more. signed: a very satisfied customer. Pros: you wont get better work anywhere Cons: pricey...but you get what you pay for. more

These people are crooks! They try to be nice. Then they stab you in the back when they give you the bill. Did a little research ( should have done this before hand) I could have gotten the same repairs done at the dealership for much cheaper. They inflate the cost of the parts and labor so they can give you a warranty. You can get the same thing anywhere else for a lot cheaper. STAY AWAY. Pros: nearby Cons: crooks/ stay away more

Obscenely Overpriced 4/17/2008

I thought the service seemed friendly enough, of course, that was until the final bill was tallied. I will not be having my vehicle serviced here again. Cons: Price, lacking/unwilling to trouble-shoot more
