on 6/18/08 we used Taxi Time to get to the airport from Melrose. The driver drove recklessly at a high rate of speed. He ran a solid red light at one of the busiest intersections in Revere near St. Anthonys. Just before the exit to the airport, the back rear tire blew out and due to the high rate of speed we were traveling at the drive lost control and we crashed into a MBTA Rider Van. This left us stranded on the side of a busy road. After several calls to Taxi Time to get a refund of our money, they still have refused to refund the money. Ralph who answers the phones is extremely rude, screaming at us that there is nothing more he can do. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
Cons: cab was falling apart and driver was reckless
