I had an issue with identity theft so you can imagine my frustration. Tax Pros explained to me that this was an ongoing issue with the IRS and that they would submit all the forms needed to resolve my issue. I did some online research and found that this has been the worst year for IRS fraud and identity theft. I just received a letter from IRS stating my case has been resolved and I should be receiving payment shortly. Thank you Tax Pros for all your help. more

BIG SCAM , SHE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE 4/3/2012

Maritza Guillen never gives a quote , she says we give free estimates , and when people process thier taxes , she charges over usd 500.00 por personal taxes, everybody else charges average usd 100.00 and she charges according to how much people get back from the IRS , SHE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THAT don't know any better . she should be ashamed of herself , she cannot make honest money , that agency should be shut down and she sould be in prision more
