Buffy is the best tax accountant in town! I owed the IRS a lot of money and Buffy called and made a payment plan that I could live with! Check them out they have moved downstair...

Buffy is the best tax accountant in town! I owed the IRS a lot of money and Buffy called and made a payment plan that I could live with! Check them out they have moved downstairs now next door to Sole Shoes in the ERD. There should be a best of tax prep on citysearch and tax express should be number 1!! Awesome service--friendly, quick, professional 3/18/2008

If you really HAVE to file taxes--and we all do--- then it might as well be as easy and as simple as possibly. Tax Express does that, and they even make it enjoyable!! Hard to believe, I know!! Buffy is knowledgeable, helpful, and funny!!! She makes a difficult task seem simple and lighthearted--and that's hard to do, expecially when I found out that I OWED money this year!! Though located ITP, there is ample parking across the street, and if you are getting a refund---great shopping around the corner! I HIGHLY recomend Tax Express to anyone who needs a help filing their Taxes, they have a really great service going on here! more

best tax service you can get 11/1/2007

i would highly recommend tax express to anyone. the staff (buffy) is incredibly helpful and insightful. they saved me a large percentage of what i thought i would have to pay this year in tax liability. buffy worked hard to keep my money where i need it (in my pocket). if you go to tax express you will save yourself alot of cash. she's also very willing to give advice about how to save yourself money in future tax preparation. more

Very professional and highly competent 10/9/2007

I have been a client of Tax Express since 2002, and my husband has been a client prior to 2002. We are most pleased with the service that we have been provided. Tax Express filled with friendly, professional people who are competent and patient with clients who are not so organized. I have referred Tax Express to several friends, even a friend who lives in another state. I highly recommend Tax Express for your tax/accounting needs. more

Best Tax Service in The City Of Atlanta 9/28/2007

I went to Tax Express last year to have my taxes prepared. I had a copule of issues with the IRS in the Past but Buffie helped me clear all that up. From the moment I walked In the staff was very warm and friendly. Buffie was very professional in helping me prepare my taxes. After Tax season I had some questions about Credit and Budgeting and Buffie was there again. Buffie didnt just offer Tax services but she also offered Consulting Service and she is available year round. Pros: Excellent Customer Service and Professionalism more

Very Professional and Friendly Tax Service! 9/27/2007

I took my personal and business returns to Buffie at Tax Express and was very pleased with the service and attention I received. She took the time to explain the return to me and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I had to ask her advice about another tax issue after the normal tax season and she was immediately available. Try getting that service from anyone else!!! Could not find a tax place to answer the phone after April 15th but Tax Express did.... 7/3/2007

I found myself in a tax nightmare having not filed my taxes in the last ten years! I received a scary letter from the IRS and did not know what to do! ! I could not find the tax forms for all of those years! The staff at Tax Express was great. They filed the returns for a reasonable price and treated me like a family member! I highly recommend them! Pros: Staff is extremely professional and knowledgable Cons: Parking in the Edgewood Shopping Plaza is a little troublesome. more
