Tava Bar & Restaurant

This is a brand new spot where they serve you fantastic burgers shakes and salads.\r We were going to have Tava mediterranean, but we saw that they just opened up a burger side.\r Great decor, great service,and fantastic food.\r Highly recommend it Pros: Best Bacon Burger on the island Cons: You will Want to eat it all! go hungry more

The best dining experience I have had in a long time !! Great ambiance,..... although it was a Friday night and the restaurant was full our all around experience was that this is a first class restaurant all around. The friendly, attentive service made a great first impression ... all staff seemed to so enjoy working and attending to us ... we knew that we were in for a great night from the onset ...... The bartender suggested we try her Martini invention of the week which was a ""Fresh Lemonade Martini"" it was amazing in fact we were a table of four and we had two each..... Then came the homemade bread.. delicious !!!!! Having not eaten Turkish food before we were grateful when the owner suggested our menu for us .... We shared Red Lentil Rolls .... The Turkish pizza .... a Tava salad (spicy but amazing) and the livers were to die for !!! we couldn't wait for what was to come .... Our main course was just as spectacular ... A Lamb Shank that melted in your mouth ..... The Whole Fish was a Red Snapper that was so fresh and delicious ... there was a special that I cant remember the name of but it was pureed eggplant with lamb chunks and a mixed grill ... I have never known my wife to be so quiet when out to dinner .... she was just eating or drinking .. between every course our table was cleared completely and fresh utensils were provided... My only regret was that after so much food there was no room left for the delicious desserts that were offered ... but we did have Turkish coffee and not only did the bar tender provide us with complimentary after dinner drinks another invention of hers she then read my coffee cup and was amazingly right on the money. This restaurant is a class above the rest .... it is so nice to see people enjoy what they are doing and believe me I could see every other table had the same experience all I saw was smiling faces and contented customers. WELL DONE TAVA !!!! I cant wait to come back but this time I will leave room for the dessert . Pros: Homemade bread and friendly service Cons: none more
