The steak au poivre, the salmon with seafood mousse, the escargots are all wonderfully prepared in the traditional French style.
The restaurant is quiet and understated, the service is impeccable, and the wine list is a wonderful complement to the menu. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable about the best wines for your meal, so feel free to ask them for recommendations.
Dessert is also wonderful - I recommend the Tatsu's Delight!
