I don't think this restaurant is for everyone. I think if you are looking for authentic Thai, then it's a good place for you. This is a sit-down restaurant.
Service: I walked in and was immediately greeted and walked to a table. The waiter smiled and was polite. Not amazing, not terrible.
Atmosphere: Warm, hole-in-the-wall feeling, clean, very interesting decor.
Food: I ordered the Thai Duck for 11.99. It was very fried and just ok tasting. The plate held a heaping portion(I don't know if I've ever described the portions as heaping at any other restaurant.) and there was a side of brown rice.
Bottom Line: If you want authentic thai, come here. If you are a regular schmo, the taste may be too exotic for you.
