Our first time there was disastrous to say the least. We were welcomed by friendly staff and sat in a cozy corner of the place. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks. And we sat there, and sat there, and sat there. The table next to us was complaining amongst themselves how long it had taken for them to get their ticket and change (should have taken that as a clue!) After 20 minutes had passed, and no visit from our waitress, it started to become obvious that there might be a delay. Did I mention we were sitting and waiting with our 15 month old? HA! Those 20 mins felt painfully long considering that she finished her drink within the first 5 and there were no refills offered. The waitress noticed herself that it was taking a long time so she went to check with the kitchen. The cook replied that the ticket looked like it was scratched so he did not make the order!!! The waitress (a nice lady) came to inform us that they had fixed the problem and were JUST NOW STARTING TO MAKE THE ORDER. At that point, we decided it was best for us to leave since we had a place to get to and by then, 35 minutes had elapsed. The worst part was that when we left, the manager followed us to minimize our concern with the following remark
