Steer clear of Tasca Volvo 3/8/2014

In all fairness, their technicians seem to do a good job however, all of their service advisors, especially the idiots that are on at night, are some of the rudest, stupid and inconsiderate people you will ever have to deal with. They will not acknowledge you when you walk in to the department, they treat you like you're bothering them and then they say they'll be right back and take off for 10-15 minutes before coming back. If you feel you must go to Tasca at least go during the day wen thy have to be more accountable and stay away from the second shift idiots. more

Nothing but problems 6/6/2007

When I bought my XC90, I thought it would come with outstanding service. The truth is that just about every time I bring my car in for service I have to bring it back again for some related problem. I have been told parts are in, only to find that they don't really have them when I go in for my appointment. I have twice had to bing my car in because of problems caused by the service technician. Both times I brought it in to be fixed there were additional related problems. All in all I would not recommend the service department at Tasca Volvo. I don't know that I would ever again buy a Volvo after this experience. more

First Rate Service! 8/6/2005

My family has been a Volvo family for years. But for many years now, we have not been happy with any local Volvo dealerships. That is until Tasca purchased this one in Seekonk. They have been great. We have all our Volvos serviced at Tasca (all four). Their customer service department is knowledgeable and courteous. They are extremely ethical and trustworthy. Their service department is top notch, they know Volvos inside out, can locate and correct a problem in no time and are willing to share many little tricks and hints to help us maintain our cars at peak performance with little cost. They are the only Volvo dealership to consider in southern New England. more
