I had my truck at another dealer for 5/24/2012

I had my truck at another dealer for close to 3 weeks and they could not fix it. I was reffered by a good friend to take it to Interstate and I am glad I did. They help me find a great rate to get it towed and they fixed it and got it back to me in a couple of days. They know trucks, not a cookie cuttter car dealer! I highly recommend it. more

Stay away from this place 7/1/2011

Service manager thinks he knows it all and is rude. They don't honor the promised appointment dates and feel they can look at the vehicle whenever they choose and not when they schedule you. they will leave your vehicle seats stained with grease when they finish. The mechanics have little experience with gasoline engines and cannot do any diagnostics without a scanner. You may be ok here if you have a diesel but if you drive a gas powered truck stay far away. more
