Tarson Supply Co

I have only purchased chemicals from Tarson (as I had already had the misfortune of purchasing the pool from Syracuse Pool and Patio). Every time I am in the shop they employees are very helpful, even offering to carry purchases out to the car. One time I had to call around town to find a part for our heater (because Pool Time LLC broke it, and Syracuse Pool doesnt return phone calls). Tarson said that they could order it, but that it would take about a week or so. I mentioned an internet site I found that said they could ship it same day. The employee was HONEST and said that we probably didnt want to wait too long to get this part replaced, so he suggested that we order it online. Even though we may be able to get chemicals online for a lower cost, I am very happy to keep the business local with Tarson. more

Tarson is the only place I go for my pool supplies. They have outstanding staff that is very knowledgable with pools and hot tubs. The price is a little high but the service more than makes up for the prices. I do business with them exclusively. Tarson does free pool chemical analysis as well as recommending what chemicals are needed to maintain your pool regularly. I woudl recommend Tarson Pools to any of my friends. more
