They are only interested in selling their product and making money. They were very condescending when I told them how I maintained my pool and basically called the company that I purchased my pool from idiots.
The people who worked there were very young and unprofessional and exaggerated their experience. I went to two other pool companies, one down the road and one on the other side of town, and they gave me more information without trying to sell me anything.
Even though Tarson did test my water quickly, they did not tell me the correct way to fix the cloudiness in my pool and just tried to sell me products, even though I assured them I had products that came with my pool at home. I called the company that I purchased the pool from to ask them if Tarson gave me good advice and was assured they gave me the wrong information, so did the other pool companies I went to.
Although Tarson was quick to test the water quality, they were also quick to try and sell me unnecessary product and quick to tell me what I was doing was wrong (in an attempt to try and get me to buy their product).
If you need a new pool or spa or have a traditional pool or spa and no chemicals or idea what to do, maybe they would be good place to go. However, if you have some idea what you are doing and don't want to be talked down to by teenagers and young adults, I would suggest going somewhere else! There are places that are close and with better knowledge, comparable prices and are not out to up-sell.
