They sold me a fifth wheel a few years ago and treated my family like their family. Now, when I break something or it needs maintenance they are just as kind and helpful, no matter who you deal with. I will be getting my next trailer from here when the time comes as well. more

We had the best experience at Tarpley RV,we had an appointment for the Th of Sept Wow when we got there we were told it would be a day or so but we were looking at a week or more Mike in Customer Service said no this is not that bad,two days later he called to say that the parts had come in but one was wrong and the other a Decal for the front was shipped and they felt it was to damaged plus a shortage of techs that day had them hesitant to try it,plus we had a lose floor in the rear and they had no problem fixing it but non of them are OK with repairing carpet,I can be OK with this as I would rather they know there limits\r I wish I could say more about all the techs but the one we had the day we came in to get the trailer was Little John this kid is a nice guy telling us that he had checked our unit out fixed a few things we had ask \r for and others that he knew these units were having problems with,he explained all the work and was so nice,plus he knows his job and dose it well.\r Want service,want a place that cares for there customers WOW you need to run here these guys are here to help you and will stand up to the task.\r Thanks Guys it takes all of you to make the team you are keep up the great job.\r BudnJan\r Smith\r 2008 3670RL Big Horn 5TH Wheel\r Disclamer--We were in no way payed for this post.
