Target Portrait Studio

I arrived in time for my appointment with my two yr old, and was told they were behind so shop around and I would get a call when it was my turn. I kept coming back periodically to see if the 2 people ahead of me had gone yet. During my last return, I noticed the two were not in the waiting area so i told Jessica that I was back so no need to call. When the photographer was ready for the next person,a couple got up and went inside before me! i say to Jessica that I was next and she checked with the guy working and clearly i was before that couple! When I get inside, the session was going well until Jessica came in and rushed us because others were waiting.! I told her that my two yr old and I had waited an hour so I shouldn't be rushed! Two yr olds can't wait for extended periods of time and cooperate fully! I ask for a manager and was given an 1-888 number that no one answers! I am livid with this place!! I am usually a fan of Target and the items that they carry and sell. Actually, I can be found at an area Target on a weekly basis buying things that I don't need. However, after experiencing some of the worst customer service that I have ever had at the Target in store Abington I will be changing the Target that I shop at. I don't know what's up with some of the employees here, especially those in the Electronice department. If I wanted to be ignored and not helped I would shop on-line. Oh, i'll still shop at target, just not this one. more
