We usually like shopping at this Super Target; however, the restrooms were very gross (sanitary napkin wrappers on the floor, etc.). There were no shopping BASKETS available to shoppers either. When I asked a Target employee where the shopping baskets were, she thought that I said ""BUGGIES"" apparently, because she said that the staff had to bring them in from outside... and then I realized that she wasn't even listening to what I said when I had pointed to the basket station, and that ALL THREE were visibly empty.\r
\r
The floor manager was conspicuously present, staring around the cash registers, but no attenion seemed to be focused on who was supposed to clean the restrooms and assist shoppers with a basket.\r
\r
I used to work for Claire's, and to encourage shopping, we would give all our customers a basket.\r
***This is a great way to reduce SHRINK and worked well for our store, and would work well for yours, if you had baskets to go into the three stands that I saw at the grocery side entrance. Also, you should have greeters to assist the manager, so that she can manage her people instead of having to play ""eagle-eye hawk"".\r
\r
Restroom maintenance is critical, especially because of the influx of shoppers/germs introduced to a public restroom that is not maintained. This needs immediate attention.\r
\r
We don't want to drive farther to shop at another Target, but we will if these problems are not corrected.\r
