Amen to the person below me! I can't tell you how many hours I put into cleaning this place! After I moved out I was told the place looked good and they were only charging me to repaint the walls and for the professional carpet cleaning which I was fine with, but the guy that inspected my apartment failed to do his job and didn't tell me what he thought was dirty! After I got a letter a few weeks later after the move out..they said I was still being charged full price, wouldn't even settle for less, so basically I spent like 2 full days worth of cleaning FOR NOTHING!!! They said they still charge me full price regardless if I missed a small 5 min. task here or there. They charge $70 if you decide not to clean your home or even still clean and not pass the inspection over some litte dust or crumb here or there! Oh and for the record there ""PROFESSIONAL"" paint job is worthless... looks like a 3 year old did it! There counter tops and floors suck and need to be replaced! Need to update to a freakin dishwasher! Also there sinks are small and don't come with a sprayer hose! These people disgust me!!! Stay far far away!!! This place doesn't deserve a single star! more

As a former tenant, I strongly urge not to go to Tara Cooperative. I spent three days cleaning,scrubbing, painting, and physically exhausting myself in he process. I scrubbed every wall, painted every nail hole, I scrubbed every surface in the entire apartment to make sure it was exactly like it was when I moved in, and except for the carpet it was. Then they looked me in the face and told me it was dirty. Only me and them know what they deserve for conning a single mother out of more money than she could possible come up with.
