Having boarded at Tar farms for a certain amount of time, i do know what i am talking about. Tar farms was an excellent place, to learn the basics and essential horsemanship skills needed to survive in the horse world. However, when it comes to being taken as a serious competitor in the dressage world, Tar Farms Dressage was not the right place for us. Ask any major competitor at a large show, and not a single person would have any idea about the facility or the people there. There is nothing wrong with that. Both small and large facilities are needed everywhere, however this particular place is not competition focused.
The facility itself is very nice, and has nice trails surrounding the property.
On another note, i would like to write about how disappointed i am with the people writing extremely rude comments regarding NicLovzRols posting. Having been at Tar for such an extended amount of time, i am confident that i know who has written these things. And i can assure each and every one of you that NicLovzRols is not who you think it is. And shame on all of you for jumping to conclusions and attacking said person when they did absolutely nothing to deserve any of your negative comments. This is yet another perfect example of why we left. A person can only take so much backstabbing. And its sad that the bitterness has continued this long after we left the facility.
I have no wish to continue this flame war, however i needed to post this in defense of the girl accused of being NicLovzRol. I know without a doubt she never made that post. So i write this in her defense. Many boarders will know who i am after posting this, and thats fine. However if you have a problem with me voicing my opinions tell me to my face.
Pros: nice stalls
Cons: disapointment in the maturity of certain individuals
